What we do with your details
This notice explains what JM Glass & Glazing does with the personal information you give us. It is short because we do not do much with it.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message box. If you call, email or message us we hold whatever you tell us.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, give you a price, and carry out the work if you ask us to. That is the only reason.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details to anyone.
- We do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Records of work we have carried out are kept for six years, which is what we are required to do for tax purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That data is anonymised and we cannot identify you from it. We do not run advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@jmglassandglazing.co.uk or write to us at 24 Waddon Close, Croydon, Surrey CR0 4JT and we will deal with it within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
